Who would win in a fight against me and my brother?

All you need to learn is a good striaght kick for when he shoots in. keep him at a distance and he cant really harm you with bjj on its own. As far as winning a fight, I never knew there was such a thing. both parties are likely to get injured and the one who ends up less beat up usually gets charged with assualt and or a guilty conscience.
