The worst inappropriate behavior you've ever seen at your work, by a coworker (or worker of another company)?

My husband told me that a man at his office was caught clipping his toenails at work. Years ago when I was in college I waited tables and one family all flossed their teeth at the table. They then disposed of their used dental floss on their plates and left it there for me to clean up!
