DVD copier that bypasses DVD protection?

I need to know of one because I tried to make a backup of my Kung Fu Hustle movie and the DVD decrypter ripped the .iso but it's bigger than the DVD. It ripped it at a size of 7.8 gigs, I'm trying to burn it to a Dual Layer DVD but I'm unsure if that will work in all DVD players. So I'm hoping that if I copy the DVD from one drive to the next it won't be so big and will fit on a regular DVD.
