What is wrong with me?

my eyes are focusing in on far away things and everything close is blurry but then it changes and everything close i can see and everything far is blurry. and im having severe dizziness, ive had it 4 times in the past 2 weeks. last time was yesterday during kung fu class, and now it happened again about 30 min ago. and it hasnt stopped. and one eye is dialated more then the other one
