What do military officers( preferably Navy) think of their enlisted personnel? ?

Alright, I am about to go to Navy boot camp, and I realized that I never met a military officer, except a retired air force officer. These officers are going to be in charge of me and I was just wondering what officers were like, if they really care about their enlisted, etc. Of course I want to respect them and say, "Aye Aye", I have no problem with that. I was just wondering if they are going to be arrogant snobs or actual human beings.
