Does anyone know this film?

Apparently the lead actor is a fat, dark blonde haired, American. The film is about 2 adopted brothers who are raised by a monk. One of the brothers was Chinese and really good at Kung Fu, the other brother couldn't do anything right. He went to America to look for his true family. Any ideas? My grandparents are driving me crazy asking me what it is lol. Thanks
