Boy problems...keeps cancelling on me. Please help.?

Call him out on his behavior. Ask him why he cancels on you-- are there good reasons, or is he just being a flake? Right now, he probably doesn't see you as a romantic date, if you're not kissing after meeting up 3 or 4 times with no kissing involved. Assuming he gives you a decent excuse for cancelling repeatedly, you should take things physical ASAP, so he has reason to make you a priority in his life, instead of just another option.
