We've met again without even realising it - is it a sign?

Something really strange happened to me yesterday. I was on my way to work, and just as I got on the tube I noticed a smartly dressed "city gent" looking type guy on the phone and looking at me. There was eye contact but when we got on the train I was going about my own business. Anyway we both got off at the same stop, and as I was going up the escalator he came behind me and gave me his business card and said to drop him a txt. Works for some big events company or something. I only just realised we HAVE met before!!!!! Feels so strange. We chatted before but he was only trying to get in my pants, I remember deleting him off facebook. This was about a year ago or something!!! Is this a sign we've both met again? Maybe he's changed? Or maybe we were meant to meet for something else? Funny how these things happen it makes me wonder if we were meant to meet. Not for THAT though...I sent him a txt today saying hello and we've actually met before. I'm really baffled!
