Which is the best way to remove complete hair from root on penis shaft, scrotum and nearby area?

I use Veet. But last time I had a bad experience because I left it on the scrotum too long. Because of the wrinkles I didn't remove it in time and I had to be very vigorous in the shower to remove it from between the wrinkles. Otherwise it is OK and quicker than your product. Also you can use soap to wash afterwards but don't use a shower gel and no creams or other toiletries for 24 hours to be safe and sure.
