****** up situation..please help?

ok, so i broke up with my boyfriend of two months about two weeks ago. i was unhappy. he didnt take it too well. anyway. he has a friend, well their not close at all like but friends, anyway me and his frined like each other so we met up last night. and went out where him (and my ex) would usually go out. my ex didnt see us thank god. we had a greaat night he was a oure gent. he bought me a drink and a meal, offerd me his jacket and pulled out my chair for me!! He tells me how gorgeous i am and that he was lik :O when he saw me first with his friend (my ex. anyway today he was quiter and said hes worried about his friend that he feels bad about it. A friend of my ex saw us together too so i thik that frightened him. he says he wants to wait a while til we meet up again. if we do. he says he didnt realise he would feel so bad for his friend. Do you believe him or thik he just isnt as interested ??
