I have a lump on my butt help please ergent?

i had this lump like from two weeks ago and its kind a big so i got the lump on the exact same spot of my injection i cant sleep well anymore and i think its got-tin bigger and ..... so any help or request ive never had this before even after i took my last shot is it normal please help ear gent...
